Frank Bailey has been in the construction industry for 50 years, with an extensive knowledge of new construction and remodeling, both residential & commercial. Learning the trades early on through the guidance of his Father, who was a lifelong carpenter, and from studying Architecture in college, he has a long history of completing quality projects on time and within budget.
As a Designer he takes great pride in developing detailed CAD inspired plans and renderings to insure every detail of a project is fine-tuned prior to start up, and everyone involved can understand all components and has a visual concept of each phase of the construction.
As a Manager he has expert experience using spreadsheets to provide a detailed “Scope of Work” with line item descriptions of all costs for each phase of a project and provides quantified material and labor costs so that all costs are up-front and accounted for. Then transforms each phase into a detailed completion schedule to bring every project from start to finish on time.
As a Salesmen he understands that his client’s needs and desires come first and strives at every turn to insure the fulfillment of this commitment.
As a Father he is extremely proud of his 4 adult children with their own wonderful families who have provided 10 beautiful grandchildren, and is also an accomplished musician that has performed semi-pro in varies ensembles throughout his adult life.
